It's Thursday, and even though I'm at work, it's once again time for another top & bottom list!
Tops:
1) The one-legged man I saw yesterday riding a bike in prospect park. That takes a real strength of character, skill and dedication. Respect.
2) Sharing a mango smoothie with J-Z this afternoon. (See number 4 below.)
3) Velo News. No news is good news!
4) "Flag of Our Fathers." Great film.

Bottoms:
1) The Asics-designed NYC Marathon window display that will be making my head spin until early November.
2) Summer in October. What the fuck.
3) The media lock-out in Myanmar. So now we can't know how many are dying?
4) Fitting a very demanding J-Z and two of his crew in sneakers for the marathon this afternoon.
5) The amount of money I've been able to raise for MS this week.
